Spacious 2BR w/ Balcony | DAMAC Al Reem Island

Positive: The staff are accomodating and answers your questions promptly. The place is clean, spacious and quiet. Perfect staycation to unwind and relax. Negative: We booked only for 3 days😁

The family enjoyed the stay, but experienced issues with slow internet and insufficient AC Positive: The family truly enjoyed our stay overall—the facilities were good, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped with essential household items. We did look for mugs for coffee but ended up using the glasses instead, which worked just fine. The kids especially had a great time enjoying the pool. Location was good... access to the property was easy as well. Negative: However, I would like to share a couple of concerns. The internet connection was quite slow and at times unavailable. Additionally, the AC did not cool as expected. We appreciate your staff member (I believe his name was Arbin, possibly the maintenance supervisor), who kindly came on our first night despite the late hour to assist with the AC. While it was somewhat cooling, it wasn’t sufficient. We hoped it would improve while we were out the next day, but upon returning, the apartment still felt warm and humid. As it was already late, we decided to manage by opening the terrace doors for ventilation. We recommend having the AC system checked to improve guest comfort.

Очень комфортная квартира Positive: Квартира комфортная, светлая, уютная. Очень удобные кровати. В квартире есть вся необходимая техника. Есть большой телевизор со smart TV. Интернет работал стабильно. Квартира на 10 этаже, есть 4 лифта, поэтому долго не ждали. Рядом Reem Mall и другие супермаркеты. Инструкция по заселению была выслана заранее, проблем с заселением не возникло. В квартире даже был удлинитель для наших евро вилок. Большой балкон, с выходом из двух спален и гостинной. У каждой спальни есть отдельный санузел с ванной. Кухня со всем необходимым. При заселении был красиво засервирован стол. Очень порадовал бассейн с подогревом и джакузи. Negative: Имейте ввиду, что под окнами мечеть. Рано утром начинаются молитвы. Нам не мешало, мы понимали в какой стране находимся.
